Contract information

Service framework

These general principles describe how Riviera VIP Services usually operates. They do not replace a quotation, contract or final terms and conditions.

Last updated: July 2026

01

A bespoke response

Every enquiry begins with a discussion to understand the circumstances, location, people concerned and expected level of support.

02

Quotation and confirmation

The scope, dates, resources, price and payment terms are detailed in a dedicated proposal. A service is confirmed only after the applicable documents have been accepted and any required deposit has been paid.

03

Security and close protection

R&R Riviera Vip Services does not directly perform regulated private security or close-protection assignments. These services are delivered in partnership with private security companies holding the required authorisations issued by the CNAPS, according to the requirements of each assignment.

The identity of the acting entity, its applicable authorisations, role and terms of service are specified in the quotation or contractual documents.

04

Private chauffeur

R&R Riviera Vip Services is registered as a private-hire vehicle operator. Services are arranged in accordance with the framework applicable to this activity.

05

Changes and cancellation

Any change is subject to availability and may result in a revised price or arrangement. Applicable cancellation and refund terms must appear in the quotation or terms accepted by the client.

06

Confidentiality and safety

Information entrusted to Riviera VIP Services is handled discreetly. Detailed provisions on confidentiality, liability, insurance and regulated services are defined case by case in the applicable documents.
